Allen, Louise
Louise Allen, 73, of Hiawatha, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids. The family will have a visitation at the home of Brian Allen, 1227 Rainbow Blvd., Hiawatha, on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel, Cedar Rapids, is entrusted with arrangements.
Louise is survived by children, Brian (Karla) Allen of Hiawatha, Brenda Allen of Cedar Rapids and Mike (Theresa) Allen of Vinton; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by daughter, Michelle; and husband, Roger.
Louise was born Dec. 8, 1935, in Lincoln, and married Roger Allen in Bethany in 1953. She loved music, especially Elvis, and lived to ride her horses.
She will be remembered as a great wife and mother.
