Allen Husmann, 81, died Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the Monticello Nursing & Rehab Center.
Allen was born October 23, 1942 in Anamosa, Ia. He was the son of Jack & Anna Otten Husmann.
Survivors include Cindy (Scott) Lightner; Mike (Cathy) Husmann & four grandchildren, Ethan, Cole, Peyton, & Morgan, & five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents & eight siblings.
Allen worked as a hired hand farming for the Lorenzen Bros in Olin, IA. He then worked for Farm Service in Onslow, IA, and Walters Lumber in Wyoming, IA.
Allen enjoyed fishing, mowing lawns, watching NASCAR and his favorite driver Jeff Gordon, and also cheering on the Chicago Cubs!
Allen will be cremated at Cedar Memorial Cremation Service and there will be no public service.
