Alan C. Willis, 62, died of natural causes June 14, 2016, in his home.
Born to Courtney and Joanne Willis on March 31, 1954, Alan had a heart of gold and friends all over the U.S. He was a proud Navy Vietnam veteran who loved camping, fishing and family.
He is survived by children, Shawn Willis, Stephan Welsh, Nikki Lindamon and Michelle Frazier; brother, Joel; sisters, Barbara Willis and Dianna Plotz; many extended family members; and Kathy.
Alan was preceded in death by daughter, Magic; brother, Denny Ray; and his mother and stepfather, Joanne and Donald Behrens.
A Celebration of Life will be 2 p.m. Sunday, June 19, at Cooters Pub on First Avenue SW, Cedar Rapids.
