Al was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan and loved hunting and taking care of his two dogs, Hayden and Rigley.
Survivors include his parents; stepdaughters, Mallory Gritton and Martha Jesuit of Clarence; special friend, Molly Vitense of Clarence; brothers, Andrew (Lindsay) of Ames and Aaron of South Padre Island; sister, Angie (Steve) Rummelhart of Iowa City; nephew, Francis Rummelhart; and nieces, Abigail Rummelhart and Jasmine, Jade and Aysia Moser.
