Alaina Catherine Rose Havlik, daughter of Josh and Candy Havlik, was born and died on Sept. 9, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Private family services were held. Teahen Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids, is serving the family.
Survivors include her parents; brother, Austin; grandparents, Dan and Melissa Killinger of Cedar Rapids, Bob and Wendy Havlik of Toddville and Terrie and John Trachta of Cedar Rapids; great-grandparents, John and Mary Havlik of Toddville; uncle, James (Melody) Killinger of Brooklyn, N.Y.; aunt, Cally (Steve) Moore of Cedar Rapids; cousin, Tylar Moore of Cedar Rapids; and great-aunt, Karen Havlik of Center Point.
