Alaina Joy Hauskins, 6, of Hiawatha, went to be with Jesus on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015. A visitation for Alaina will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 9, at First Assembly of God, Cedar Rapids. A funeral service celebrating her life will be 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, at First Assembly of God, with the Rev. Jan Kopf officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her parents, Shawn and Tim Hauskins of Hiawatha; siblings, Trenton, at home, Aubree (Cody) Herb of Palo, and Cami, Cramer, CaliJo, Brenton and DaVontrey Hauskins, all at home; grandparents, Irene and George Cramer of Cedar Rapids; special aunt, Kathie Hauskins of Hiawatha; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends young and old.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Mary and Howard Hauskins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her name to the First Assembly of God Children's Ministries.
