Adair, Jodi Leigh
Jodi Leigh Adair, 39, of Cedar Rapids, died at St. Luke's Hospital on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013. Services: 1 p.m. Friday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories by the Rev. Bill Harnish. Inurnment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Jodi is survived by her husband, Scott; her children, Shelby Richards, Mackenzie Bills and Trevor and Tara Adair, all of Cedar Rapids; her parents, Denise Ernster and her husband, Dale of Marion; and father, Michael Richards of Cedar Rapids; a sister, Chris Garity and her husband, Steven; many special friends; and several nieces and nephews.
Also surviving are her beloved pets, Bella and Max.
She was preceded in death by her dog, Zane.
Jodi was born March 11, 1974, in Cedar Rapids. She worked for Rockwell Collins for 16 years. She enjoyed bowling and coaching softball. Her children were the most important part of her life. She was full of life and known for her quick wit. She was known to say exactly what she thought.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the family for the care of her children at 390 Fifth Ave., Marion, IA 52302.
