Woman killed in head-on collision in Johnson County

WELLMAN - Jennifer L. Husmann, 34, of Wellman, was killed Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Johnson County.
The Iowa State Patrol said Husmann was eastbound on 500th Street SW around 7:30 a.m. when her car was hit head-on by a westbound pickup that crossed into her lane while cresting a hill.
Husmann was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the pickup, Cameron L. Davis, 38, of Wellman, was injured and was taken to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City for treatment.
