Williamsburg police investigate armed bank robbery
Williamsburg police are investigating an armed robbery that took place around 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Keokuk County State Bank.
Police said the suspect showed a handgun and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a white male, 5'10, 175 lbs, and was wearing a sweatshirt and a NYPD hat.
The suspect's description matches that of the suspect involved in a robbery at Best Western in Williamsburg on Tuesday night.
