Police have arrested and charged Waterloo West high school computer teacher Larry Twigg, 52, of Waterloo on five counts of Lascivious Conduct with a Minor.
On Jan. 27, Waterloo Police were sent to West High School on a report of suspicious behavior by one of the teachers. An investigation revealed Twigg had a 17-year-old male student come to his house where illegal acts occurred over the last couple months.
The charges state that Twigg was in a position of authority over a minor and persuaded or coerced the minor to partially disrobe for the purpose of arousing or satisfying Twigg's sexual desire.
Twigg posted a $25,000 bond and was released from the Black Hawk County Jail.
