Waterloo accident victim identified
Waterloo police have identified the victim of a fatal crash Sunday.
The crash, in the 3900 block of Midway Avenue, left the vehicle engulfed in flames. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jacob Allen Charley, 18, of 913 Progress Avenue, was identified today as the crash victim, based on results of an autopsy by the Iowa State Medical Examiner's Office.
