WATCH: Drone video of Davenport flooding

A drone operator has captured video of Mississippi River flooding in the downtown Davenport area.

QC Drone uploaded the video to YouTube Tuesday, with the title, 'HESCO flood barrier fails in Davenport, Iowa.'

The Quad-City Times and Dispatch-Argus staff had reported that 'the HESCO flood barriers haven't been used in a flood higher than 21.5 feet.'
