Victims identified in rollover crash near Monticello

UPDATE: Two people were killed in a single-vehicle rollover accident north of Monticello around 8:20 p.m. Wednesday.
The driver of the truck, James William Dowling, 58, of Moberly, MO, was pronounced dead at the scene. A female passenger, Susan Miller, 46, of Keytesville, MO was taken to the Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa, where she died, according to the Jones County Sheriff's Office.
Four other passengers were also taken to the hospital: Enos Miller, 46, Emanual Miller, 18, Benjamin Miller, 6, Katie Miller, 10, all of Keytesville, MO.
One was flown to University Hospitals in Iowa City for treatment of unknown injuries. Three others were taken to the Jones County Regional Medical Center. Their conditions have not yet been released.
Dowling was taking a family of five to a wedding in Wisconsin, according to the sheriff's office. The accident occurred on the northbound side of Highway 151, about a half mile north of Rock Road.
None of the occupants were wearing seatbelts, according to the sheriff's office.
