NORTH LIBERTY MAN REPORTED MISSING – North Liberty Police are looking for help locating Michael Graham, 37, of North Liberty. A missing persons report was filed by Graham's wife, Jill, on Monday afternoon, according to a Facebook post made by Jill. CHILD WELFARE SYSTEM UNDER REVIEW — The quality of the state's child welfare system was under the microscope Monday as legislators held a joint government oversight committee meeting, and Gov. Kim Reynolds said the state has an obligation to review the process to ensure it's adequate. The state also on Monday announced it has hired an outside organization to conduct a review of the child welfare system.
