CASINO REVENUE UP SLIGHTLY — Overall revenue for Iowa's 19 state-licensed casinos grew modestly in fiscal 2017, but the increase was driven mostly by upgraded Quad-City facilities while 12 others posted year-over-year declines, according to data issued Monday by the state Racing and Gaming Commission. DEAL STRUCK IN WRONGFUL ARREST — Johnson County and Coralville have reached a $285,000 settlement with a Kalona lawyer who asserts his rights were violated when he was wrongfully arrested and prosecuted nearly three years ago. ZACH JOHNSON CLASSIC FUNDRAISING RECORD — Smylie Kaufman rolled up to the No. 8 tee box Monday morning at Elmcrest Country Club with the Counting Crows blaring from a portable speaker sitting in the cupholder in his golf cart. Kaufmann joined 15 other professional golfers in the seventh annual Zach Johnson Foundation Classic on Monday. Johnson hosted a fundraising gala Sunday night and, paired with the classic on Monday, raised $1,020,000 for Kids on Course, the most they've ever raised and beating their goal of $1 million.
