Trials reset in Marion murder trials
CEDAR RAPIDS - The attempted murder trials of Anthony McNeese and Justin Smith, accused of stabbing two Monticello teens, are reset to Jan. 11.
Pretrials for both will be 1:30 p.m. Dec. 30.
McNeese and Smith, both 24 of Marion, are charged with attempted murder, first-degree burglary, willful injury causing bodily injury and willful injury causing serious injury.
McNeese and Smith are accused of stabbing Jamie Chappell, 19, and Mitch Hayen, 18, during a party.
