Trial date set for Newhall man charged with sexually abusing girl
In Benton County District Court Thursday, Travis J. Lund, 30, of Newhall, waived his right to a speedy trial and a trial date was set for Nov. 15.
Lund was charged July 28 with second-degree sexual abuse and lascivious acts with a child. He is accused of having inappropriate contact with a 10-year-old girl.
The pretrial conference is scheduled for Nov. 4.
