WOMAN WHO TRIGGERED AMBER ALERT ARRESTED — The Sioux City Journal is reporting that Danica Arzaga, accused of kidnapping three children from Clay County and triggering a statewide Amber Alert on Tuesday, was arrested on Wednesday in Sioux City.
