Three hurt in rollover crash near Lisbon

Three people were hurt when a vehicle ran off the road and rolled several times early Monday morning near Lisbon, authorities said.
Derek W. Duecker, 27, of Lisbon, was driving east on East Main Street near Hooiser Road around 2 a.m. when he lost control of his vehicle as he rounded a curve, and it went into the east ditch, according to the Linn County Sheriff's Office. The vehicle overturned multiple times and and came to rest on its wheels.
Passengers Grant R. Alger, 30, of Riverside, and Andi L. Moore, 31, of Anamosa, were both thrown from the vehicle. A third passenger, Amy M. Moore, 25, of Olin, declined medical attention at the scene.
Duecker and Andi Moore were transported by medical helicopters to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Alger was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. None of their injuries are believed to be life-threatening, authorities said.
Charges are pending in the crash. An investigation is continuing.
