Tennessee plumber cited after customer recorded in shower

LAVERGNE, Tenn. (AP) - Police in La Vergne have charged a plumber with illegally taking video of a customer in the nude.
Police arrested 43-year-old James Walter Brennan of Mt. Juliet, who had been called to fix a shower leak at a home on Tuesday.
Investigators said Brennan switched on a camera in his tool kit and told the customer she needed to take a shower so he could find the source of the leak. Police said the woman noticed a reflection of the lens hidden in a tool bag as she toweled off and found the camera. She called police, who arrived before the plumber could leave.
Lt. Kyle Norrod said Brennan was cited on a misdemeanor charge of photographing without consent.
