Teen hurt in Cedar Rapids drive-by shooting
UPDATE: A drive-by shooting injured a teen in southeast Cedar Rapids on Thursday afternoon, police said.
Jagarius Bell, 18, suffered a gunshot wound to the hand when a vehicle drove by the area of Washington Avenue and 15th Street SE just before 1 p.m., police said. No one had been arrested as of Friday morning.
KCRG-TV9 reported bullet holes to a green sport-utility vehicle. It was towed away.
An investigation is continuing. Further details were not immediately available.
