SWAT team visits Cedar Rapids home; man arrested
One man is in custody after officers in SWAT gear raided a home in Czech Village early Wednesday.
The team arrived around 6:40 a.m. to a light blue house at 118 18th Ave. SW. The man inside did not resist arrest, police said.
Sgt. Cody Estling said charges were pending, but they would likely be misdemeanor drug offenses.
The house is just around the block from the Four Oaks facility that serves children.
An investigation was continuing.
