SWAT team on scene in Cedar Rapids

About a dozen armored police officers and a few undercover vehicles were on Bever Avenue near 14th Street SE.

At around 1:30 p.m., officers lead two females out of the house and into a police vehicle. The emergency personnel left the scene shortly thereafter.

Sgt. Cristy Hamblin with the Cedar Rapids Police Department said the officers were serving a search warrant.
