I smelled that room, I saw the violence and I heard the threats. I got truly scared. But then I remembered I was no longer a kid, I was a 6'2", 250-lb. man. I bent back his hand and said, 'If you ever touch me again I will break your f-ing neck.' ...

Arnold says part of his healing process involved confronting his abuser. He says he tracked down the man who is now a businessman and pastor in Des Moines.  Arnold says it goes to show, abuse of children has no boundaries. It happens in every economic level, every religion.
