Sinclair site clean-up starts Monday
The next step in clearing away debris at the old Sinclair property will start Monday.
Demolition contractors will begin work on clearing the 28 acres at the old meatpacking plant on Monday. The flooded-out plant caught fire twice in the past year, burning for several days each time.
Demolition will start with removing loose debris before tearing down buildings.
The D.W. Zinser Company of Walford won a $7.75 million contract for the job.
