Settled pavement closes section of Second Avenue in Coralville

Coralville officials have closed a portion of Second Avenue in Coralville as they investigate a section of pavement that has settled.

The street is closed at 107 Second Avenue, between First Street and Second Street, while officials determine what caused the pavement to settle.

Access to Second Avenue businesses will be maintained, but motorists may need to take an alternate route, officials said.
