Sephora opening new store inside JCPenney at Westdale
CEDAR RAPIDS - Sephora will open a new location Oct. 16 inside the JCPenney store at Westdale, officials from both companies said Tuesday.
Gift cards worth up to $100 will be given away as part of the store's grand opening celebration, and 750 gift bags will also be handed out to shoppers.
Sephora is a nationally-known outlet for beauty and skincare products. Since teaming with JCPenney in 2006, Sephora has opened 516 locations inside JCPenney stores nationwide.
