DUBUQUE - Jiri Fronk scored in the third period, and Ryan Larkin made 29 saves as the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders picked up a 1-0 win Sunday afternoon over Dubuque at Mystique Ice Center.
The Riders improved to 31-15-0, their 62 standings points good for first place in the USHL's Eastern Conference. Youngstown is three points back, Dubuque five and Muskegon six.
Fronk hopped on a rebound for the game's lone goal at 4:38 of the final period. Dylan McLaughlin and Hugh McGing had the assists on Fronk's 26th goal of the season.

They play a pair of games next weekend at Muskegon.
