The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders are number one in the latest United States Hockey League's power rankings, as released by USA Hockey Magazine.
The Riders go the weekend with a league-best 18-2 record, have scored the most goals in the league and allowed the fewest. They were second in last month's rankings.
Sioux City comes in No. 2 in the current power rankings, followed by Dubuque, Muskegon and Youngstown. Waterloo and the United States National Team Development Program are tied for last.
Twelve media members from around the league vote in the USA Hockey Magazine poll, including The Gazette's Jeff Johnson.
