River Valley Conference holding senior all-star hoops games Saturday at Camanche

CAMANCHE — The River Valley Conference is conducting its Senior All-Star Basketball Games on Saturday at Camanche High School. They feature many of the top senior boys' and girls' players in the league.
The girls' game begins at 3 p.m., with the boys' game to follow at approximately 5. A girls' and boys' 3-point shooting contest also will be conducted.
The roster for the North Division boys' team includes twin brothers Matt and Derek Manternach of Monticello. Other players are Will Hasken of Northeast Goose Lake, Jesse Iben and Mason Newhard of Monticello, Devin Green, Jarrett Knepper and Trace Hoffman of Cascade and Blake Bialas, Wilson Seeser and Dylan Dodson of Camanche.
The South Division team includes Matt Pelzer and Mark Becker of Tipton. Other players are Javin Drake, Zach Randolph and Jon Henessee of Wilton, Brady Smith and Parker Feldman of West Liberty, Andrew Adamec of Iowa City Regina, Will Bently and Gavin Meyer of Durant and Nolan Faselt of Mid-Prairie.
On the girls' side, the North Division team is Lynsey Dolphin of Cascade, Aleenah Marcucci, Alyssa Roth, Kelsey Carder and Allison Oberman of Northeast Goose Lake, Becca Ahrendsen, Meranda Thimmes and Camryn Bunge of North Cedar and Sonya McCormick, Traci Plummer and Ellen Schlarmann of Monticello.
The South Division team is Janey Botkins, Miranda Cox and Brinn Grunder of Durant, Allyson Simpson, Trystin Luneckas and Jenae Murray of West Branch, Hailey Daufeldt of West Liberty, Caitlin Himes of Tipton and Alex Rath of Mid-Prairie.
