Reward offered in Marion bank robbery

Marion police are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a masked man who robbed Linn County State Bank yesterday.
Police also released a new image of the man who entered the bank about 9:55 a.m. Wednesday and showed a handgun. He was last seen running south after receiving cash from a bank employee.
The robber wore dark-colored Carhartt-type jacket, a light-colored mask, gloves, black and white tennis shoes, and bluejeans.
Anyone with information leading to the suspect's arrest is asked to call the Marion Police Department at (319) 377-1511. Tipsters may be eligible for an undisclosed reward.
