Rescuers pull man from Cedar River in Waterloo
Waterloo Police and Waterloo Fire Rescue pulled a man from the Cedar River in downtown Waterloo Tuesday morning.
Police helped the man out of the river from under the Park Avenue bridge at about 10:45 a.m. after a witness called 911. The man was conscious and alert and able to climb out of the water with the help of police.
