REPLAY: Live chat on outdoor air quality with Linn County Public Health

Members of Linn County's air quality division till take part in a live chat from 11 a.m. to noon today.
The Department of Natural Resources Air Quality Bureau, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration are designating May 3 through May 7 as Air Quality Awareness Week.
Linn County Public Health will answer questions about local air quality that may include:
- Amount of air pollution generated and where it comes from in Linn County
- How is the quality of Linn County's air compared the National Ambient Air Quality Standards
- What does poor air quality mean for Linn County both from a health perspective and economically?
- What can the community do to improve air quality?
