Prairie to conduct football interviews next week

CEDAR RAPIDS - Cedar Rapids Prairie will conduct interviews next week for its vacant head varsity football coaching position, Athletics Director Rocky Bennett said Tuesday night.
Bennett said the school will interview candidates Monday and Thursday.
'I hope to have a coach right after that,” he said.
Mike Morrissey stepped down as head coach early in the winter to take a coaching job at a high school in Scottsdale, Ariz. He remains a teacher/assistant basketball coach at Prairie until the end of the school year.
