A 42-year-old Conesville man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree sexual abuse at 1850 Scales Bend Road in Johnson County Monday night.
According to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, deputies made contact with Timothy T. Wehmeyer, of 311 Todds Ferry Road, at around 10:30 p.m. Monday after Wehmeyer allegedly had sexual relations with a woman that had fallen asleep on the couch in his camper and was unable to give consent.
The female told police that she was drinking, tired and drunk at the time, and woke up to find Wehmeyer performing a sex act on her, the sheriff's office said.
Wehmeyer was being held at the Johnson County Jail Tuesday morning.
