Plane makes unscheduled landing at Eastern Iowa Airport

A Delta flight carrying over 100 passengers made an unscheduled landing at the Eastern Iowa Airport Tuesday night.
The passengers have been let off the plane, but are being held behind security.
A TSA agent tells Sourcemedia Group that the plane was diverted to Cedar Rapids after experiencing an unknown problem. The agent said the plane was heading to St. Louis after departing from Minneapolis earlier in the afternoon.
First responders from both Johnson and Linn Counties as well as airport firefighting teams gathered on the runway prior to the landing.
No one was available at the Delta check-in counter for comment.
