Children were treated to a carved Halloween pumpkin during the 10th annual Wellington Heights Pumpkin Carving at the Wellington Heights Community House.
The event was sponsored by the Wellington Heights Neighborhood Association, the Sixth Judicial District Department of Correctional Services, and Horizons.
