In first was Duncan Schultejans, 11, of Cedar Rapids. The meet, which was hosted by the Cedar Rapids Parks and Recreation Department, was free for children ages 9-14. Each child had the opportunity to compete in three events and those who won will qualify for a state meet in Marshalltown.
