A 2020 inspection of the CVS Pharmacy on 16th Street in southwest Cedar Rapids reported the business was “disorganized, dirty and not a conducive environment to providing quality care.” The Iowa Board of Pharmacy recently found that the business had successfully completed the terms and conditions of its probation, and lifted all restrictions.
