A dead man who was found on the University of Iowa campus last week has been identified as Gabriel Moliter, 44, of Iowa City, according to a news release from the university.

A Johnson County magistrate ruled a North Liberty teen driving a sports utility vehicle who hit a jogger in a marked Iowa City crosswalk is guilty of failure to yield to a pedestrian, a simple misdemeanor. The teen faces a fine up to $1,000, a driver's license suspension of up to 180 days or both, according to police.
