Three brothers have been charged with involuntary manslaughter. They’re accused of tying down their 18-year-old brother who died. They said he had a schizophrenic episode and was acting out, threatening to harm his family and himself.

An 18-year-old Keota woman died Thursday in a crash on Highway 1 in Washington County, according to a crash report from the Iowa State Patrol.
A 37-year-old Wellman man was arrested Thursday on charges that he sent nude photos to a person he believed was under 16 years old.
The warrant, which involves GPS data from two vehicles that were connected to John Vansice, a longtime person of interest in the case, initially was filed and executed in March 2017. The warrant was sealed the same day.
