A man who was hit by a vehicle Friday on Highway 100, near Interstate 380, died as the result of his injuries, Cedar Rapids Police said in a news release Monday. Based on its preliminary investigation, the police department said its accident reconstruction specialists determined the was intentionally in the roadway.
