Cedar Rapids police have issued an Operation Quickfind for a 10-year-old boy who has been missing since Sunday morning.
Ty’Rell Farmer was last seen at 9 a.m. at his home in the 800 block of Ninth Street SW. He is Black, 4 feet 2 inches tall, and weighs 74 pounds.
Ty’Rell was wearing gray pants with rips on the knees; and white, red and yellow shoes.
The notification form listed ADHD, PTSD, ODD and depression for his conditions.
