Police are asking for your help locating 15-year-old Caitlin Jo Appleby, last seen Thursday at 5:50 p.m. at 1904 Mallory St. SW in Cedar Rapids.
Appleby is described as a white female, 5'5, 197 pounds with brown eyes and blonde/brown hair. She was wearing a black Wilson School t-shirt, blue jean capri's and flip flop sandals.
