One person in hospital after being shocked in Iowa City

Iowa City police and firefighters responded to reports that someone had been electrically shocked Wednesday morning on Herbert Hoover Highway and Eastbury Drive, according to authorities.
The area was closed to traffic Wednesday morning because of “an unexpected incident associated with a house relocation,” according to a Facebook post from the city.
First responders were called to the scene at 9:53 a.m. They provided medical attention to a victim of an electrical jolt, who was then taken to a hospital, according to a city news release. No additional information about the victim or the cause has been released.
