One hurt when van hits tractor, hay baler in Jones County

One person was hurt when a van rear-ended a tractor and hay baler Wednesday on Highway 151, authorities said.
Andrew Psaros, 30, of Monticello, was southbound in the van near 90th Avenue around 4:30 p.m. when he came up on the slow-moving farm equipment, according to the Iowa State Patrol. The tractor driver, John Lynch, 24, of Cascade, was not injured.
Psaros was taken by ambulance to Finley Hospital in Dubuque, where he was listed in fair condition Thursday morning.
