One hurt when two pickups collide on Highway 13

UPDATE: One person was hurt when two pickups collided on Highway 13 in Marion early Thursday.
The accident was reported around 6 a.m. in the southbound lanes about a mile south of County Home Road. Police said both pickups were southbound when one merged into the other's path.
One of the pickups was pulling an enclosed trailer. All of the wreckage spun into the median.
A man driving one of the pickups was taken to a hospital. His injuries are not considered life-threatening, police said.
Bags of mulch from one of the pickups came out during the accident and a small amount spilled onto the roadway.
One southbound lane was blocked for more than 90 minutes.
