Oelwein man wanted for attempted murder in custody
OELWEIN - Officials from the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation confirmed Friday that Abel Quijas Jr. is in custody after a shooting incident Thursday night.
Quijas, 33, of Maynard, was wanted for one count of attempted murder of a peace officer on Thursday.
