North Liberty woman killed in I-380 crash

The Iowa State Patrol says a woman was killed in a crash on Interstate 380 just north of the Interstate 80 interchange after her vehicle struck a concrete bridge support.
The woman was identified as Candy L. Martin, 40, of North Liberty. The crash was reported at 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
According to the preliminary report, troopers say Martin was traveling north on I-380, entered the east ditch and then collided with the bridge support.
Both northbound lanes were closed for a time. The Johnson County Sheriff's Office and Coralville Police Department assisted at the scene.
No other details have been released.
