North Liberty road construction projects underway soon

City officials say two new traffic projects that will get under way in the next month will greatly improve traffic.
Funded through a combination of federal, state and local tax revenues, the city will work to add stoplights and lanes throughout Highway 965 and to rework west Forevergreen Road.
While the latter will be closed at times during construction, officials say the highway will be well marked with alternative routes and detours.
